  • Is Managing Director, Centre for Excellence in Project Management (P) Ltd. (CEPM).

  • Was deeply involved with various facets of project management dissemination in CEPM since 1995.

  • In 2007 became 1st person in India to be certified as a certified Senior Project Manager (CSPM).

  • In 2000 became 1st Asian woman to be certified as certified Project Management Associate (CPMA).

  • Has played a key role in organising CEPM’s 28 Global Symposiums on Project Management held every year since 1992 and the World Project Management Forum since 2019.

  • A top rated trainer, she has trained 11,000+ professionals since 2001 from leading public / private sector and central / state government like Adani, AAI, Areva, BG India, Coal India, DRDO, DVC, GAIL, GFL, HFCL, HPCL, HMEL, Idea Cellular, Indian Oil, Infineon Singapore, ISRO, IRCON, Indian Ports Association, Jindal Steel & Power, JCB, JICA, Jakson, L&T, Maruti Suzuki, Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation, NTRO, NTPC, Nuclear Power, NITI Aayog, NHPC, ONGC, Oil India, Power Grid, Punj Llyod, SAIL, Siemens, Tata Projects, Tecnimont ICB, Teri Hydro, Thermax, UNDP etc.

  • Was a Board Member of the Education & Training Board of International PM Association for 3 terms from 2008 -2012. Was only person from Asia when first elected in the E&T Board.
